Q1:  What is your sample policy?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

But the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. 

 

Q2. What about the lead time? 
A:Sample needs 5-10 days, mass production time needs 30-60 weeks for bulk order .

 

Q3. Do you have any minimum order limits for orders? 
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

 

Q4. What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our products in 5 layers export outer cartons. For big order, we can customize the packing. 

 

Q5. How do I pay for my purchase?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. For orders below US$5000, We welcome you pay 100% advance.


Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? 
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx , TNT etc by sample order. It usually takes 3-10 days to arrive. For bulk order, Airline and sea shipping are the optional.

 

Q7: Can I print my own brand logo on your product?

A: Yes , We welcome OEM orders base on some quantity.

Our OEM Service please check follow:

1) Silk logo print on the telescope trolley (black / 2 colors);

2) Customized logo on front shell or handles;

3) Customized carton box(Paper Material /carton design).

Step1: Let us clear know your requirements or application. 
Step 2 : We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Step 3 : Customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. 
Step 4 : We arrange the production, and show you the progress.
